How long does one Neraloom candle burn?

Each candle has three wicks, providing an even and lasting burn — around 40–45 hours. For best results, let the first burn last at least two hours so the surface melts fully.

What materials are used in your candles?

We use soy wax, cotton wicks, and thick glass. This combination allows for clean burning, no smoke, and a soft, steady glow.

How should I care for the candle after lighting it?

Trim the wicks to about 0.5 cm after each use to maintain a stable flame. Avoid placing candles near drafts or open windows.

Can I reuse the jars?

Yes. Once the wax has cooled and set, remove any residue and wash the jar with warm water. The glass works perfectly for small storage or as décor.
